CANDLE SAFETY
-
Never leave a burning candle unattended or when sleeping
-
Burn candle out of reach of children and pets
-
Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles
-
Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire
-
Do not place candles in a draught
-
Keep an eye on a burning candle when the wax is low
-
If you see a flaming wick come close to the vessel wall, extinguish the flame and straighten the wick to prevent the vessel from cracking
CANDLE CARE

-
Trim wick to about 1 cm before lighting
-
Always snuff out the candle. Do not blow out
-
Keep the wax pool clear and clear of matches and other debris to avoid flaring
-
Burn regular-sized candles for one and a half to two hours at a time. Burning for less time can cause the candle to 'tunnel', which leaves a build-up of wax
-
Do not burn candle for longer periods (over four hours)
-
Stop burning your candle when 10mm of wax remains at the bottom
-
After extinguishing the flame with a snuffer, centre and straighten the wick. Burning for too long can cause the wick to move, or slant.

JEWELLERY CARE

Jewellery responsibly sourced with fashion, quality and value in mind.

To keep your jewellery looking its best it is important to treat it with care and follow the advice below.

-
Do not spray perfume or other sprays while wearing your jewellery. Wear your jewellery after you have sprayed on perfume to ensure it does not interact with the metal/plated or sterling silver
-
Wait until your lotion or cream has been absorbed by your skin before you wear your jewellery
-
Substances like oil, nail polish, nail polish remover, chlorine, perfume, cleaning products, soaps, shampoo, sun cream, lotions and similar may react with metal/plated jewellery and will cause it to tarnish easily
-
Don’t forget to remove your jewellery when you are sleeping, exercising, swimming, showering or cleaning
-
Some discolouration or tarnish may occur over time due to wear and your skin
-
In the interests of hygiene, unfortunately earrings cannot be returned or refunded
